I started my career in fitness in 2013 while studying kinesiology and exercise science at the University of Maine. I proceeded to get my doctorate in physical therapy from the University of New England in 2018. I work full time as a physical therapist, but continue to train part-time. I love working with all clients. Whether your goal is weight loss, strength training, or need help in the gym after recovering from an injury. I look forward to helping you reach your goals!
